The Port of Vancouver USA is working hard to provide easy access to information about projects, what's happening around the port and meetings of the port's Board of Commissioners.

CVTV

Board of Commissioners meetings are televised live on CVTV the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, beginning at 9:30 a.m. These meetings are also streamed live via CVTV.org. There are also meetings archived from May 2007 to the present, for your convenience on the CVTV website.

KATU-TV (Channel 2, Portland (ABC))

MARCH 20 & 21, 2009 - The Port of Vancouver USA received its second mobile harbor crane, a major reason why the port has secured new wind energy import contracts which mean 235 jobs and $20 million in economic impact to the community. Portland's ABC affiliate KATU TV (2) covered the story on Friday, March 20's noon news; and on Saturday, March 21's 8 a.m. news. You can see the Friday coverage by clicking here. AUGUST 13, 2009 - The Port of Vancouver USA dedicated its new Terminal 5 and broke ground for rail construction at the new terminal, and KATU was there to cover it. The news was reported on two different KATU news shows.

KOIN-TV (Channel 6, Portland (CBS))

JANUARY 27, 2009 - Gov. Chris Gregoire (D-Wash.) paid a visit to the Port of Vancouver USA on Tuesday, January 27 to host a community roundtable on jobs and economic revitalization. Mike Donahue from Portland's CBS affiliate, KOIN TV (6) covered the story, which you can see by clicking here.

AUGUST 13, 2009 - The Port of Vancouver USA dedicated its new Terminal 5 and broke ground on rail construction at the new terminal. KOIN was there to cover it from a couple of different angles, including coverage of Rep. Brian Baird's presence at the port.

JANUARY 12, 2009 - Port tenant IMS Electronics Recycling was featured on KGW NewsChannel 8 at Sunrise's "Out and About with Drew Carney" segments. The coverage included five promos and four live remotes that explain what IMS Electronics Recycling does, and provides a behind-the-scenes look at recycling of electronics.
